We are AOI.TSUKI, a high-end omakase restaurant in Australia, dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience.  We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team.
 
 
About the Role:
Work Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 30–35 hours per week.
 
Pay Rate:
$26/hr Thursday and Friday
$32.5/hr on Saturdays
$39/hr on Sundays
 
Primary responsibilities include:
Cleaning the kitchen and maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
Dishwashing and ensuring all kitchenware is spotless.
Polishing plates and utensils to perfection.
 
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
