Sous Chef – Margot
Full-time | Sydney CBD |

Margot is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves Italian cuisine, especially pasta, and wants to continue learning and developing their skills in a supportive, high-performing kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a quality restaurant

A strong passion for Italian food and fresh pasta

Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative

Ability to lead a section and support senior chefs

Positive attitude and teamwork mentality

What we offer:

$75~85k per year + superannuation

5-day working week (40 hours)
